A: 8 (based on sample audio is a little too crisp, but again nice encode)

not officially nuked but quite obvious it will be for invalid proper (mVs actually did use h263 quantizer and was unnuked) and this release also looks like it has a bad AR of 2.22:1 instead of 2:41:1 (look at the screens and you decide)

video goes constantly off focus

audio has scratching on voice.

wait for a better release
