How Extract a Single RAR?

how do i just extract the avi segment from a single rar section for veiwing?

I don't think you can. You can view the file that ends in .rar but not any of the others like .r02 etc

right click "extract files" then when winrar pops up tick the box next to "keep broken files" and bingo you should be in business.

If it's from a DVDR, just open the file with VLC and it will very often play.

can can also use a program called rar movie player,it will take the #1 rar and play the sample http://goleech.org/application/rar-...rsion-809-2008/
