Subtitles

does anybody know how to add subtitles to a film? i already downloaded the subtitles, but how do i synchronize/play them with the movie?

Posted by vanzans on 02-27-2008 08:13 PM:

depends on how you're playing the movie. If you're playing the movie with VLC for instance the subtitle file should have the same file name as the movie file e.g:

Die.Hard.avi (is the movie)
Die.Hard.srt (is the subtitles)

Its pretty easy to add subs on convertx

TBH I have never had a problem until recently with the mini series Comanche moon

I have the sbs for the indian language parts but they are way out of sync, anyone have a guide for dummies on how to resync them

Bearing in mind of course that I am no computer mastermind, LOL
