Workprint still better. Workprint is darker in color and quality but is still visually more clear as it was SVHS. This copy has supurb audio from sample, and more vibrant color, but is also more pixelated. Enjoy

Nice colour good sound
widescreen so the viewable part is pretty small
pixelated in high motion which is typical for vcd

PDVD is better, the VHS Screener is highly pixelated and there is motion blur (according to the sample)...they should have done a SVCD...the Audio is pretty damn good...

Ok! Let me change my review of this screener...this is good for a vhs screener its looks fine..a little better than the workprint but definitely good. I already have the PDVD which was labeled as a dvdscreener. Which looks and sounds greats and can pass for a dvdscreener. Which is much more superb than this. People claimed it had glitches and sound issues but thats a bunch of crap, watched the whole thing its fine. down to the end credits..so if you can find it..since it is still available on alot of servers then get it instead...

video 7..decent for a vhs screener
audio.8..loud and clear
overall 7...I'll stick with my pdvd or dvdscreener as labeled by tcf. TCF hasn't failed me yet. So I'll go with them...

enough said..PDVD is alot better and my copy was fine. For all who are converting these titles from avi's and xvids thats your problem. The conversions were screwed up not the sources.

just cuz it was nuked, I watched the whole motherfucker & the only part the subs are cut off is on the very beginning of the 2nd disc, & the only part that is cut off is the bottoms of the p's, it's perfect other than that, I didn't even notice a watermark or anything, definitely better than this one......... no pixelation...

Yes, there is a DVD screener out in the PD. Actually, I don't think its even a screener....since t never says "For your consideration" Just a DVD rip.

Its PAL, but offers no issue playing on PC or through my modded XBOX.

Hello do you know the reason it was nuked, how about because the source wasnt a dvd screener and it was cropped as it stands right now there is NO dvd screeners out for this movie i am with lax01 on this one sticking with the PDVD till retail rip comes out

its actually you that needs his head checked. yes tcf labeled their svcd as a 'dvdscr' but lately then admitted that they did it as a joke and that it was in fact a tc. it was an obvious TC, a good TC, but not a dvdscr.

Props on the release even though it wasn't needed. I'm sticking with the VideoCD-WP till the retail...should have been labeled internal since its not really needed. Only reason I see for downloading this one is if your DVD player only plays VCD and still haven't seen it, since from what I remember the OPiUM release played glitchy in my DVD player.

why cant some group just wait and rls a decent copy of this movie? everything has been shit since after the workprint (except of course for the dvdr). i know people are always gonna say shit like "groups do there best... blah blah blah" but thats not true... groups just try to be the first to rls something, they dont care what the quality is (trust me on that).

so anyway, i'll just wait for the DVD screener or something decent that i can burn and watch on my dvd player.. cuz this adds to the collection of shitty Kill Bill rips.

i still dont see how people can think that the other shit was a dvd screener. There is audio problems with the xvid's and there is flakes and cig burns all over the video. I would shoot the dvd producer if he gave me that as a dvd screener. That would annoy the shit out of me if i was reviewing it to vote. Anyway this one yeah should of been svcd pixilation like everyone mentioned blah blah blah.

I personally find it better than the workprint qualitywise, both sound and pic.

Not gonna bother watching the flick again before retail is out.

Not sure if it was really needed but im not complaining... its nice to have the option of grabbing it.

Nice release as said alot better than the WP. The colours stay nice and bright throughout. Sound is lovely, as for pixelation only slightly when I watch it on the big tv.

Actually the quality isn't that bad, If you didn't already have the pdvd this is a decent copy. It's worth a watch IF YOU DON'T have the pdvd.

If any of you are from the uk you will all know that there is a retail like 10/10 dvd for this doing the rounds. I have had my copy for about 1 month. Everything about it is like retail, just there is no menus. Very surprised that no group has got hold of this as yet. I have no idea where it has originated from. I would say this is probably the source of the xvid that some of you have talked about.

Anyway try and get hold of it, its an awesome copy.

I can see your partially blind. Most dvd rips i see dont have white flakes appearing every second. Most dvdrips i have don't have cig burns and film markers for every reel switch. Most retail dvd's don't have 2.0 ac3 audio. Most retail dvd's don't have washed out colors. This is all a discription of the dice,vagina and any other release prior to this vhs screener. If you think that a dvd rip has all those things then you need to go to a doctor right away cause i wouldn't trust you driving if you can't see this stuff. Also the vagina/nef.nl whatever release both had audio pops on the cd1 so you might wanna get your ears checked also

Buy some glasses n00b... or better still update your xvid decoder. The colours in the Dice release were not washed out.. they were vibrant and I dunno wtf you saw white flakes. Its no dvdrip thats for sure... there are cigburns all over the joint. Its either a dvdscr or a very good telecine.

hmm, really bad ratings for this, the color is much better, there isnt a motion blur unless you got the internal, and although its not better than tcfs, they clearly state that in the nfo that this is the academy scr, so if that tcf was a cropped telecine/dvdscr whatever, i think this is the first legit screener for this movie. well done guys.

this looks like a dvdrip of the pdvd telecine thats out, its got cigarette burns on it.

Ok, so anyone know what's being uploading to the newsgroups then as of today? I grabbed the sample, video is about 3.5Mbps and Audio is reported as DD5.1, can't really comment on the quality compared to the PDVD as the poster chose the anime scene for the sample. Sample also has Dutch subs.

All these so called 'DVD rips' are CROPPED and are NOT widescreen.

Sorry for the bad capture but I dunno how to capture full-screen.

Anyway, you will see that all the 'dvd' versions out there are NOT widescreen and that's why they are nukes. Also all the xvid releases like the DiCe version are CROPPED!

well i must say the best release of this movie so far is Kill.Bill.Vol1.2003.NTSC.DUTCHSUBS.DVDR-DiVISO, i think there is an svcd of this too. only thing are the subs, but it includes scans of the case, so its legit. looks damn good too!

I own the work print(it made a nice DVD-R too)...I wonder about some of u who post these comments...I mean how can u base a comment if u only saw a jpeg? Very Suspect indeed. Either way I have a copy already but these colors are kinda vivid...I wasn't able to see a sample due to heavy queues...but when I do I'll be truthful and give it a REAL RATING...unlike these fake ones...(shakes head).Though I could wait for the reatail cuz the WP has held me down for a while.
