Just got done watching entire movie:

V:7 - Little blurry & very slight tilt you dont notice util subs
A:9 - Good audio for a TS, better than a most lately
M:4 - Just didn't compare to the first 2

Overall seems like a very watchable copy. I haven't seen any of the others to compare to.

V: 7(kinda blueish but just turn down color a little bit and it magically seems to look normal...er)
S: 9 (again, better than previous releases of late)
M: 7 (had it's moments i guess....pretty good ones at that)

If they just mess with the colors and focus a little more, with this kinda sound this group can get somewhere.

tbh, i dont give a flying_ if groups can get this stuff re-encoded from russian sources, sure beats NYC and thai silvers! The audio issue has been ghei for too long, but this seems like a nice direct...lets hope it produces more fine TS.xvids. fenks pukka

overall a decent release however they seem to have used a strange codec (no idea what it is), the problem with this codec is that audio is screwy when played on xbox and stanalone but fine on pc, had the same problem with Prodigy's TC of aeon flux, if you have the same issues grab Scary.Movie.4.TS.INT.XViD-SaGa which looks just as good IMO but you can re-encode it and burn to dvd

Audio = 7 on pc 0 for all other uses
movie = havent watch it all

Good TS; better than SEPTIC's. Sound is the same and <I> can see a slight sync problem, but the pic is much better. Has less of a blue tint...

Decent release, I also noticed a bit of a blueish tint in some areas of the film, but not in others, to me it seemed like it had a 80's film effect, like a haze over the film type thing (hard to put into words)

The audio I thought was good, and my mind doesnt really pay attention to minor synch issues

The movie was better than #3, which was pure unadulterated trash, But not as good as 1 or mainly 2, but it was ok, and I dont feel bad about wasting my unlimited BW on this as I did with #3

Yea silvers are one thing, but a source pre'd into the scene is NOT a silver. There is a big difference.

Also the whole "well they are great quality so who cares?" is just dumb. I wouldnt care if they released on dumb torrent sites or something like that, but these releases beat other groups who actually CAM the stuff themsevles. That isnt fair.

Guess I asked for stupidity by posting on these boards.

10 Mins missing?

I agree that the video and Audio are acceptable (7, 7) but can anyone explain the missing 11 minutes, I have this version which lasts 72mins although IMdB states 83mins

The fact that I saw this exact video source pre in the exact same resolution at the exact same video bitrate in the russian scene by Intervideo on Saturday is all the proof i need, if you don't have access to .ru sites it aint my problem

whatever the source, this release is actually worth getting

picture quality is pretty good, especially for a release group which isnt that well known

video could be better (contrast is a little low in places) but very good

audio cant really be much better being a TS

iljs, who cares, i personally have no time for the honor among theives thing and think its all kinda childish, and if a group can steal another groups source and get away with it, then well done, good job lads.

Anyways.
Video quality on the whole is pretty good, few dark bits but nothing major, better than most these days.
Audio was good mostly too, kinda freaky sounding when you upmix it to DPL2, so better keeping it in 2Channel, but definetly the best ive heard on a TS in a while.
Movie was amusing, and had a few good bits, but was kinda silly.

Whats wrong with the audio when converted to DVD and played back on a DVD player? Sounds like darth vader talking?! I used win avi 7.1 to convert. When i play the TS files on the computer they are fine. When i play the DVD disk on the computer its fine too. The audio just goes "dath vader" when i put it in my player

What iljs seems to be confused with is the fact that intervideo dont cam these rlses either.
They get them the same place as pukka\asteroids do, via the russian silvers. The only reason Intervideo et al get them pred first is the fact they do not have to go and cap audio then sync and mux. Isnt hard to figure that out, so stop ranting about idiots posting on this board, when u sir or the biggest clown of them all !!!111eleven.

Yes they get them from the silvers... thats why it takes ROYAL about two days to pre??? all they have to do is decrpyt the DVD, mux and pre. I can't imagine silvers being dvd9, and even if they are why are they labeled "untouched" when pre'd. I cant really explain the rules of hte scene to torrent lamers who dont realize this type of shit is killing real cammers.

Oh by the way, i guess its a coincidence that every TC race won has the exact same bitrate / resolution as the russian xvid release? Guess they rip identically.

Is anyone else having major sound probs with this release?? It sounds distorted.

Going on everyone else's comments it must be my pc, but does anyone know how to resolve the issue. I tried installing new codecs (K-lite) & playing with all players...

Vid is pretty good, say 7...if only i could get this audio problem sorted out!

How can a silver produce an exact REPLICA XViD rip? Not to mention the Russian scene uses CBR, so if the sources were the same and they just happened to use the same resolution there is no way the bitrate would match.

People like PHo understand the difference between a silver and STOLEN. You kids and your "who cares the video is great" can take yourselves to p2p , and so can PUKKA / SEPTIC / NBP / ROYAL / ASTEROiDS / TFF / WUF. Groups making a name by stealing russian sources don't belong in the scene.

The audio is coming out distorted for me.. Anyway of fixin that?

in regard to what the topic is, the only group that deserves any credit in the scene is maVen. Pretty much every other group has either Stolen/dupe'd/lied about there source before, Whether it be related to audio or video. And yes back in the day when VideoCD was around, those we're the times..
