i just started to download the Videocd release of 007 @ 120k



from the jpeg this release looks like crappy, dull colours

but maybe its just that part of the film...

UTI usually holds it down....



but videocd is one of the most reliable groups out there so im probably gonna stick with that one

UTI, you make me wanna cry ! You got a good source and good cam, but your encoding sucks ass! very pixelly, along with normal UTI grain. Sound is poor as well. Black bar at bottom is not done properly. u can see to the left edge where they cropped the film.

All that hard work, just to mess it up. Sort it out UTi, you got potential, but this and Harry Potter stink.

Stick with videocd version for now

buy a mini disc\mp3 recorder and plug it into the headphone socket for the hard of hearing seats. bingo, direct sound :/

UTi s release IS the BEST! (also better that the ShockVCD and of course the A-Team release)

and thats why:

This is the worst out of the 3 releases so far,colours washed out & sound crackles.

I dunno if u guys realize this but this is the only uncut release and none silver. Not the same quality as the average uti cam but close enough.

UTI CAM's

Al ot of the UTI cams are taken from UK cinemas, and as far as I know UK cinemas don't have hard of hearing seats with head phone sockets, or at least the cinemas I have been to haven't, so thats why, I am guessing these are CAM's and not TS's.

Not that better than the previous 2. but still can't watch it.
Perhaps cause it's a bond flick you expect too much but the picture in both vcd and uti is too much blue and less of both other colours.
Grabbed the vcd whole movie but the audio was horrible unlike other releases of the group. And uti's sample wasn't that impressive.They've done good job with Harry potter.
Better wait for another release or a screener (TCF?)
Good job for the fast pre for all the groups.

UTi would have to point their camera down their pants to come up with as poor a release as the two previous versions of this movie. In fact, as long as they included the Bond theme music, it would probably be better than the other two.

UTi rulez. Their nfo's are the best. 'Nuff said.

So is this worth downloading? Is it better than the other 2 or what? Someone post some information that is actually helpful...not "this release sucks blah blah blah"...thats not what I come to this site for.

woke up and saw this release posted.

very poor quality. movies colors are washed away and sound isnt that good for this action flick. ill stick with gettin VideoCDs or FTFs usual releases. ill only get FTF if their sound is better.

very disappointed in this one.

good work guys, but from the look of the jpegs, the VideoCD rls is still better

shows how many ppl watch the releases before they post this one isnt much better or worse then the others out, this by far is the sharppest of all 3 prints and they took the "TIME" to cam this, unlike the 2 silvers out now so props were due and this release has been around since yesterday i was thinking this wasnt getting released anyway down which ever one u like its your b/w

to end eso one has best sound and pic is good (only subbs let it down), videocd sound is crap pic is oki and uti's has nice sharp pic but not much colour, but does pick up more into the film and sound is better then VideoCD but not as good as ESO

PS. anyone see the intro it rocks

I wont complain because its free, and i could never be out there ripping/releasing these movies. BUT this version (going by samples NOT jpegs) has both the worst video color/sharpness/quality, and audio out of all the releases so far. I reccomend finding one of the other releases! Why spread this sketchy pre (which is only a day early) ALL OVER when a proper is practically guaranteed to pop up tonight. This way we wont have so many stupid posts saying "stop releasing this" or "ive downloaded this 3 times already."

well, at least it's labeled as a CAM, *AND* internally released. groups have their ups and downs, even TCF and C?F weren't flawless. just watch the encoding, the oversharpening might seem to make it clearer but it brings out the jagged edges.

still better than the ugly blurred aa mottling seen in FTF's recent cams... er, TS's. yeah.

I'm a big UTI fan but sorry lads you've come up trumps this time. 6/6/? think I might just go to the flicks to watch this movie. Better than the unsubbed not as good as the subbed and since I've not watched any of them through yet I can't comment on missing scenes. (only got disk 2 of the subbed & unsubbed)

Totally off subject but im a HUGE Lord of The Rings fan and have to respond to desertboy and say that The Two Towers preview, teaser, and trailer are all works of art in themselves and are more amusing than half of todays new movies in there entirety. TTT will rule all! I REALLY hope a dvd screener of TTT comes out as quick as FOTR did last year! I simply can not wait for december 18th... less than a month now!!!

The unsubbed TS by VideoCD is the best SO FAR... but by tomarrow you can count on another proper... so i would hold off on all 3, especially when its such a good movie.

its a bit worse than the other UTi releases , but still watchable .
but ive to say that i like ESO's video & audio more (judging from the sample) . ESO's had better colors IMO.

My point of the post was that there seem to be more and more internal relases being available to the public when that in itself defeats the point of it. Groups are slapping the word internal on releases just to avoid them getting duped....with every intention of them being released to the public, and not just to the group.

:: ok, then it seems you have no idea how an internal works. if a release is pre'd with the folder tag of INTERNAL that means currys are *NOT* allowed to trade it unless it is specifically asked for. i dont give a crap what xdcc/fxp crews do.. they have absolutely nothing to do with the scene, so ignore their actions. if an iNT spreads its because people have asked for it, not because its "more available to the public" ... *NO* release are or should be available to the public, hence why they're released to secure sites, not to some channel. Of course people then move the releases down the foodchain to let the kids play too, but what happens then is of absolutely no concern to groups or sites whatsoever, because it doesn't matter. this is how its worked since the beginning of time (scene wise) and this is how it'll always work...-pHo

wtf??????? why is it the every release out doesn't have the ending. This at least has the end cut up in parts but you still can't tell what happens. the last part is Halle Berry in bra and panties too, you can't cut out that!!

What are the scenes that are missing from the other 2 that are in the UTi Release? Just Curious!

nice release uti. this was a nice addition to the number of bond releases out now, but i already watched the eso one when it came out so guess it dont matter!

i said 5/5 i think , but after skipping thru the cds at dvdplayer+TV
i must admit that i was wrong . better than eso's . good colors , sharp pic . sound is ok .

imo theres nothin wrong with this release - its definitly up to par with other uti cams and is highly watchable - sound is a little hollow but pic is near perfect for cam - 7/5/6

just for those of you who havnt been to the cinema yet to see this film....

i am a bond fan. i love bond. and i am in no way affiliated with UTi.

I went and saw this at the theatre last night. The colors in this particular part of the movie are correct. It is the actual movie that is like this. I am sure that if u go and watch the rest of the movie the colors get MUCH better than they are shown in this sample. Also, pixelly maybe....but keep in mind that this is an action flick and yes, it IS vcd. Pixellation is bound to come...i dont care what you say.

Video for a cam = 8
Audio = 7
Movie = 9

This is by FAR the best release of the 5 so far....download this trust me it is better than the other garbage ur gonna find.

i downloaded it from some IRC channel, and its the full VCD 2Disk set of Die Another Day, they have the UNi - harry potter intro thing, kinda cool if ya ask me.
well my version had missing parts in both disk 1 and 2, i can tel because things go all weird.
One example on disk 2:
When bond drives his car into the ice palace room where Jixs is drowning, then she lands on windshield, and bond uses the ring to break the glass, then a few seconds latter its suddenly skips to another part where he is walking away from the car holding her.
This was very strange and i was a little disappointed, but other then that this movie was great.
