pretty damn good quality, colours good, brightness good... i dont mind about subs.. screen is at an angle but that doesnt really put me off

Fast release

I got to give it to them on the FAST release but I got the 1 cd done and I would give it about 3-4 days for someone else to release another copy as the sound isn't great and the screen is angled. Give it a few days unless you just can't wait.

Colors are clean, audio is pretty good, standard TS quality.
The Watermark and sub does not bother be after about 2 seconds.

Just watched the sample on my dvd player and it looks nice and sounds pretty good... i hope that the audio problems on cd2 arent to disappointing because for me this is the most anticipated movie of the summer

The audio glitches are noticable but aren't bad enough to ruin the release.
8/5/4 overall. Props to TEG-VCD for a fast and in-demand release, its just too bad that the movie in general is a dissapointment.

Yes i burn my samples on cdrws so i know what it is really gonna look like... not what windows media player makes it look like.

quit your bitching n00b ... you must be blind because this is a quality release. Picture is good, angled slightly but no biggie. Sound is clear and audible, better sound than most TS. Subs are nothing to worry about either since they're not in the picture but rather in the black bar below the movie. Overall EXCELLENT release. Pre-theatre TS's kick-ass. Nice job TEG

7/5/10 for me!!! I didn't burn this release to a CD, I just converted the bin to mpg. I don't want to waste CDs on this release, although it is nice. I'm sure a much better one will come out. Props to TEG for the early and nice release.

Ok, first time poster. Long time visitor. I registered so I can comment on the audio in this release. I just finished watching the whole movie, audio problems start half way through CD1, and are annoying but acceptable. By CD2, they get worse, speech gets cut out, and you miss some stuff, plus it clicks and pops throughout. It is watchable if you can stand it, I did. No complaints though, nice release teg, keep it up. Guess that explains the internal. Picture was reasonably good, and the movie was good for a 3-quel.

Well , i finished watching it.
Prety good movie , cd1 is fine , but cd2 , has some REALLY BAD audio problems. I cant see why ppl rated it a 7.3 Just base it on the sample. It just cuts out a lot and video Pixelates. Nope to see a repack by Teg sometime soon.

Video Good, Sound a little glitchy its the best your going to get especially for a pre and the subtitles didnt bother me one bit if your willing to hold out for a better release your entitled to but I dont see the point this release was watchable for me.
VIDEO - 7.0
SOUND - 5.0
MOVIE - 9.0 - How could i rate a Mike Myers movie low lol

Watched it fully.
The video on this in MY opinion kicks ass. Far better than some "other" group..I mean groups heh..

Anyway don't worry the video is fine..
Audio as already stated is bad on cd2, cd1 isn't AS noticable..but if the audio was perfect on this release I would say it is on the top 5 for quality. ESPECIALLY being 3 days early or when ever it was released internally.

PLEASE repack or whatever it takes to fix the audio problems, I totally understand it is internal and all, but...I am affraid if released by another group picture will lack.

Oh yeah baby! What a great pre release. I was impressed just by the sample. Not too bad of a pic and the sound is very bearable. Can't wait for the download to complete. How long will I have to wait in que? Well whatever the wait will be it will be worth the wait and the bandwidth used. Just can't wait for this one to send. I encourage everyone to dl this one. It will be a great flick.
And so maybe there will be a better release but whomever may make this one a proper you gotta give it up to TEG for this great pre release.
I know I will be watching this one with all my younger cousins they will be impressed.

OMG u guys are all soooo warped in the head. This release is horrible. The only resolution on the screen is the forground... look at the backgrounds especially on faster scenes its just horrid... Second look at the angle of the cam. What do you mean its no biggie. YOUR LOOKING AT THE MOVIE FROM THE WRONG ANGLE! And the sound good lord do not get me started. Austin Powers is not a movie to miss ANY of the lines in... EVER. Jeez look above its obdviously a bad release when every single person notices the same shit. How can like 30 people say " Yeah its a bad angle and yeah the sound pops, oh and there is foriegn subs... But NICE RELEASE TEG!!!!"... Uh no u just trashed the release and then comped it on the same sentance. Look at VCDistro's road to perdition or TWCISO's signs. These are TWO WEEK early pres and are much better than this 2 day early release... I am very disapointed. But just to silence those "flamers" out there this is an opinion on the quality. I still give props and thanks to Teg and the others for going through all the trouble only to give us free movies.

Very good release let down by sound on cd2.
this will be released by several groups i spose so ill wait a day or two and decide then which to keep. still cant argue with speed of release. Already a unsubbed copy by vigilante to compare.

I ran CD1 through vcdgear to convert to mpg and fix any mpg errors. Funny thing is that it fixed over 4000 errors.
is this an issue with vcdgear3.07b12, or is this the quality of the mpg encoding that the scene is being reduced to?

Sound is average, picture is pretty good though the angle kind of does your head in. Dunno what CD2 is like so i'm not judging that here.

Having seen the sample i'd say wait for a better rls (forget the other current rls too) unless you absolutely cannot wait to get the movie. Still, props going out for the pre.

About burning samples..I don't do that. I use TV-Out and see it no TV. Sometimes I dont even burn hte movie and watch it that way. Seems the same to me.

did any body have problems trying to connect the rar files to gether to make the bin/cue???

cause i dl this rls and usually movies have the 00 file and a .rar file and all # files, the one i got does'nt have the ap1.teg.part00.rar and the last .rar file, just wonderng if its like this or am i missing those parts ???

audio on cd2 gets really bad at times, and its nothing you can fix by re-encoding cause there are actual gaps in the audio, theres lots of pops and noise like that, that could be fixed but not much point in doing that...
theres a lot of errors on these cd's if anyone is going to convert it with vcdgear, make sure you extract to a .dat and not an .mpg...
use winrar3 or higher to extract cause its .part1.rar, part2.rar, etc

this is a pretty good release the picture is real good, better than most pre's, it isnt too bright and the colors are good, the angle is not anything to bitch about but the sound does get annoying especially on disc 2 the sound isnt bad, but the dropouts suck

First post...have read for awhile...not interested in the back and forth flaming...

Video= Good considering the early release

Audio= Average, dropouts make it difficult to understand at times but you can still follow the 'story'

Movie= Am I the only one who doesn't like the whole Austin Powers character?

First post for me too.

I'm surprised people are using the word "good" for the audio on this release. It's woeful. I'd go so far as to say that the poor audio wrecked the movie for me.

Before the fascists jump in, I'm grateful to TEG for the early release. The video was better than I expected for a T/S.

As for the movie itself, I loved AP1 and 2, but I thought AP3 was a let-down. The opening was fantastic, but it lost its way after that.

Watchable.... but sound not so great

Here is my review:

Video: Pretty bright, no sync problems, not that bad very watchable.
Audio: The sound glitches are a bit annoying, but not enough to ruin the movie. Still watchable.
Movie: Great movie. Not just a rehash of old jokes but plenty of new ones.
