I, too, find that the video stutters often throughout the entire movie, but especially around the 17 minute mark, it starts choking like crazy. This release definitely needs a Proper.

very poor release, heaps and heaps of stutters throughout the movie. shouls be nuked in my opinion. still with dvdscreener, until a PROPER is hopefully released
