Excel Password recovery

There are thousands of apps out there that do this but i want a free one.

The password I am trying to recover is a modify pass, its not a completely locked spreadsheet, just an unmodifiable one.

So... I will suck a dick if you can suggest a freeware excel password recoverer. (recovery, not remover)

All the shareware ones I have tried only display passes of 3 characters long, any longer and it won't display them, requires registration.

The sneaky bastards must have got pissed off that someone cracked their last password, there last one was 00X, easily cracked even with a limited demo.
