Question Your Oscar predictions?

So?

Bear with me......

For me....

The ones I have missed out are the ones I have not seen any film in that category.

The only category where i have not seen every film is the Foreign Language Film category. I have only seen 2 films in this category. But I have picked my favourite nontheless.

Please post what own opinion and don't bait others on theirs.

If I'm honest I can't fault your choices, I'd like to see Benjamin Button get some recognition - watched that the other day and it's a damned fine movie. Bolt should win the best animated feature, easily the best kids film I've seen in a while, Wall-E was fucking shit, Kung-Fu Panda was ok but Bolt deserves it.

I was rather surprised and impressed by Slumdog Millionaire so I can see it taking quite a few, if not all, the categories it's been nominated for.

I actually find myself agreeing with many of your choices and I think Mickey Rourke should win, unbelievable job he did in The Wrestler.

Animated Feature film based on my kids favorite out of the 3 would have to be Bolt.

I have to say, I watched Wall-E and i was quite impressed at how the a movie with little dialog managed to get such a strong message across, I loved the movie, and while it was on the PPV i watched it several times (FTA Dish). For 2 robots with no more a vocabulary than 5 words, it was a beautiful movie.

I think The Wrestler, Slumdog Millionaire, Benjamin Button and The Dark Knight will all do very well.

Don't know much about foreign films.

Mickey Rourke was black balled from Hollywood for a long time (sex, drink and drug issues) but like him in a few films, hope he's sorted his head out

Heath for best supporting actor, downey i don't rate cause i think he's a cock just like he was in weird science many years ago.

Bolt for best animation

Haven't watched many of the others so not going to comment!!!
