Enjoy this one....its a 6 month Pre-release blockbuster that no one knows about, suppossed to be released March 7th, 2003. Its kinda funny how people 4 months down the road are gonna be saying "ohhh i wanna see that new vin diesel movie" and you can tell them that you saw it a half a year ago hehehe, anyway good release VideoCD

you gota learn when to talk and when not to..

1) the movie is already on most/all the sites its going to be raced to, so everybody has already had a chance to view the sample/start downloading the movie itself..

2) your "-2 hr" comment, not all of us download our movies from AOL. Things are out a little sooner then u think..

isnt' it amazing? Soon some of them will be yelling nuke and mislabel, since they have not seen it anyhow.

Either way, i know i'm gonna pull this one down. Pre's are always good to see (even if the quality ends up sucking), and one this pre is even better.

Dont have this yet, jpg looks okay, but 6 months early, thats cool, thats like when I heard people saying Jason X and I was laughing about it, people didnt believe me until they saw it and saw the parts I described...Hope I find this soon, Great rls, either way VideoCD, major props for the 6mos early...

i hear ya rep-. I never even go by the ratings just for the fact that they cant be trusted. I dont think that just anyone should be allowed to vote on them. u might as well just remove that part all together.

But ive gotten over it. Its not like this is going to be the last time some lamers vote before even having the jpgs posted (not that jpgs are a worthy sorce for voting on , just a timeline)

from the jpg's i have to say quality is bad for direct video source.

seriously, vcdquality needs to make a vote system that keeps track of names of WHO VOTED WHAT FOR THAT MOVIE caus if they abuse it, they should be banned... I seen alot of bad votes, excellent votes in 1 sec befor even the movie was posted which is gay.. there's like 1 out of 5 or 10 people or SOMETHING that gets 0sec DUMPS..... :\

anyways just my suggestion if u understand what I am saying...

no offense, but some of u guys are pretty retarded. you act like movies arent actually released until VCDQUALITY lists them. people could actually get the sample while its being pre'd and then judge it.... i know its a crazy concept for you people who use the jpgs and assume its impossible anyone could use something else to judge quality. i mean, i had that Signs SVCD ts that just got released's sample 5 hours before it was pre'd because the dumbass group just had it sitting in their pre folder. so i could have voted on the quality 5 hours before vcdquality got the info! i must be lying and just putting 10/10/10 cause im dumb

Looks good, but I'll wait for VCDHell to re-encode and re-release as a SVCD, haha, but seriously, quality isnt great, but its 6-months pre-theater, and I don't know if you bought this on the street corner, or actual have an inside source for your hook-ups, but thanks for releasing it, even if it isnt dvd-quality

Props for this release, overall quality was fairly decent for such an early pre. The movie itself was great imo.

Let me get this right gallonFREAK you think this is a cam? I'm sorry my frien but thats just not possible. You see that "property of new line cinema" at the bottom, that would not be on a cam. So that leaves a scr or a workprint as possibilities. Seeing how they don't even have a final name for it yet it wouldn't be a scr so that leaves workprint as the only possibility. Since this is vcdquality let me accually give my opinion on it, In my opinion this is a very watchable release with decent video and good sound not the best WP I have ever seen but deffinetly better than alot of the TS's that have been floating around recently. I would rate this a 7/8/8 (remember this is compared to other WP's not dvdrips) Thank you to all the VideoCD members and to every other group that riscs thier jobs/freedom/lifes to bring all of us FREE movies to watch many times long before the theater has them.

quite nice rls from them for once.. did watch it last night...cool movie.. and workpring so not all stuff is done yet.. but hey ...so early. nice one..

Encoding

I guess it is just our luck that this workprint got into VideoCD's hands before anyone elses. This could not have been a 6 gen tape, so I'd assume that the encoding skrews the quality. The AR is off (serial number?). I was hoping TCF or TEG woulda got this workprint, and actually put out a watchable rls.

PS. Black bars are not the solution to serial's or counters. Blurs are.

GREAT JOB FOR A SIX MONTH PRE ONLY PROB IS WHERE TO GET A COVER FROM

The screen wasnt cropped to block a serial number, if you watch the sample, mpg or jpg, you can see a blur in the upper-left is covering a serial.

I've just had a look @the first cd its light and for some reason its called Diablo and not el diablo and there are 3 diffrent transparent marks 1 of them im sure is a running clock..

What some people dont realise is the jpeg uploaders dont have axx to every pre site hense they dont get every 0 sec film samples first.. but as a rule this is a good site and i noticed that iso**** dont report that much on the film side anymore and this is the site to come to for movie releases
so give the guys a break

ok. Some of them may have looked at the sample, because yes I know it is released before VCDQuality hsa em, seeing as though I've seen Ops request the NFO and Sample to put on the main page. BUt when I see 1/1/1 and a 10/10/10, It doesn't seem to me that someone viewed the whole movie, to see how good the movie was. I don't think VCDQuality is THAT slow to have someone able to download the whole movie and watch it before they post it though...

Just watched the Sample, its watchable, a little blocky at times near the top, sound is not bad, but the video is a bit washed out, but still overall nice rls for a pre. great rls.

I just saw the sample of this movie and teh video quality is soo good for a pre-release and the sound is good also. I just wish they fixed the contrast and gamma for this movie becuase its a little too bright but im not complaining GOOD release keep it up

This release is watchable, but like everyone else, of course I would like to see a better one. Im not complaining at all, because for a pre-release of a movie that no one has even heard of, it's the bomb!

Also, Ive been checking this site out for a while, but this is the first time that I posted. It always amazes me how many people complain about some of these releases. If you guys can do a better job, why not do it instead of talking shit about the next guys work?

but like I said, I am new to this stuff, so maybe Im the one whos tripping....(not)

props to VCDQUALITY for keeping us up on all the new shit!

just got the time to check out this flick. the quality of this workprint is very watchable. the pic is a little grainy but nothing really bad, and the audio is ok. I did notice during cd2 a couple minor glitches but nothing that took away from watching it. As for the movie, it was actually pretty good I thought. thanks for the pre release, video cd.

How come xXx screener and el diablo have the same rating, i think xXx screener has a good rating but this should have a lowere rating (just a little) cause it is not video quality, the audio is the same though but videoCD rules 4 getting this super pre-release b4 anyone and those lamers the a-team suck for trying to steal videoCDs copy of el diablo.

Quite watchable for being out so early. Props to VideoCD for their efforts. Some of us do, in fact, appreciate the effort put into this stuff. I'd rate this one a 7/6/8.

For a pre, I say good job guy's.. Worth watching, not keeping.. Rate is 6-6-6........

Very watchable , but the movie is realy bad IMO. I rate this one 5/5/4 . Vin's movies just keep getting worse

I found this one just about watchable quality-wise. Looks like the vhs tape could have benefited from better ripping and encoding skills. Too light, blurred or blocky sometimes. sound was okay. It's cool that we are getting this so early of-course.

I terms of the movie, it had some interesting moments, but by part 2 it had decended into the usual gun-toting jambouree of stupidity, inducing boredom in this viewer. I stopped watching when they finally got to Diablo's hideout and you see his face [whoopee] for the firs......Zzzzzzzzz.

When I was at LOTR TT this weekend, I FINALLY saw a preview for this movie....it will be called "A Man Apart". I dont remember if it gave a release date.
