Dogtown and Z-Boys (2001)?

It looks brilliant and realllllly retro and stuff. Did any group do it in SVCD as dupecheck reveeeeeeals nothing.

yeah theres defo a SVCD cos i have a copy of it. went to see it in the theater, and was totally deserted. sean penn does the narator as well which is quite cool

nicely edited, interesting story, has a few moments where you can take the piss out of em later, but the only real problem is it doesn't really go "far" enough.. it kinda skips 20years at the end heh

but really really worth watching , 9/10

Do you know who it's by? I see a DivX rls but no SVCD rls. Shame as it really does look good.

I'm reading the DVD review in Widescreen magazine, it got 4/5 stars and there's this wicked picture of a bunch of old skool skaters back in the 1970's with big fuck-off sized 'fro's, knee-high socks and fat cone wheels lol.

had a vhs screener of this.

I liked this documentary very much. Learned a lot as well. I highly recommend watching this, go rent it!
