DVD encoding witch is best?
Hi guys!!
Well here we go.
there are a lot of different formats that can be burned on dvd disc.
which is the most compatible format to burn on a dvd disc. in other words, is vcd/NTSC the most compatible or dvd/NTSC or svcd/NTSC or kvcd/NTSC or ksvcd/NTSC. there is also somthing called i think "pull down" i think this is also vcd/somthing. I have a home portal cyber home portal dvd player witch plays every thing there is even all these formats on 1 dvd will play fine on my stand alone. but other dvd players get major problems. i no that most players wount play different formats on one disk so i am trying to find out witch format i should choose that will enable me to play my dvd on the most dvd players?
1. read www.videohelp.com for the next week.
2. write something that makes actual sense.

quote:Use MPEG2 encoded to "legal" DVD specs. Read videohelp.com, which will also tell you what pulldown really is.
