The Darkness
The Darkness
Any oppinions on it?
I bought it on saturday and completed it on monday. The game was visually stunning but was far too easy. I thought it would be a bit more challenging but the whole thing was really easy.
Shame because the rest of the game was great.
Anyone know the trade-in value for it?
(on PS3)
7/10 - Could have been a 10 if it was longer and harder (not ghey)

the comics are some of the best you can get, stopped reading a few years back, but they were a lot of fun. as a game? just another game i'd like to play, if it ever came to wii... probably a pc version would be my best bet.

there may be a pc version one day, i wouldnt count on a wii version. they'd have to do some serious downgrades on the visuals.

All i know about this game is that it is pretty and that Mike Patton voices "the darkness"

i have sigs off
yes, he is very noticably the voice of the darkness.
I played the demo, its fun as hell, eating peoples hearts, controlling little demons that either climb on people and hacksaw their h ead off, or they hang back smoking a cigarette firing off a minigun.
It's on my to buy list if i ever make it to gamestop.

without hijackikng the thread, i like games that dont take very long to complete. as a working father, i get between 2 and 8 hours of personal time a week where i can just sit and play video games or catch up on my stack of d/l's... being able to beat a game in 5 to 10 hours is perfect for me, whereas your 40+ hour games are unrealistic to my lifestyle.
at one point i was running genesis, snes, 3do, and turboduo and could keep up with the gaming market, now i'm one of those "casual gamers" that can't really commit to it. heck, i've got 6.5 hours logged into paper mario on my wii, and i've had that since it was released.
