Its got to be said, Part 2--

U know what is soooo stupid that I know it comes with every chat site, that you have a bunch of losers who come in thinking that they can ruin the fun for everyone involved with the vcdq IRC chat room.

Yes there are times when I want to just get angry and piss at the @p's in there cause most of the ops who are there try and make the chat place a much enjoyable experience, but don't take ur anger out on the ops by doing some shit to them. That aint right, cause you ruin the fun for everyone else when you do shit like that.

Granted I am not in there all the time, but i like coming in where I am made to feel welcome, and not be treated like a second class citizen.

so to sum up the words, "LEAVE THE OPS ALONE" They do a good job, and it would be a shame to not have a place to come, chat, and hang ur hat.

Well having just spent the last few hours (on and off) on (or in, first time I have used irc so dont really know the lingo, or commands etc...) the VCDQ channel, I can say I was surprised to see it was so, erm, 'welcoming'. No flaming, just a few people talking about movies and everyday life. Had a very quick chat with the man above about T3 and the animated sinbad. I supposes it was a good day on there then?

Is that what usually goes on in there then, people flaming each other and trying to look cool?

lol.. erm.. I was that person...and no usually more cooler than that..

i agee with you completly, i'm sick of the channel being +m'ed so often. I don't blame the ops for doing it though, they're just doing what it takes to shut the person who is either egging them on or going on about stupid/irelivent/illegal things. they could just kick/ban the offender but the group punishment constantly keeps everyone else in line and reminds them that this is #vcdquality not #teenchatfuckall

so i second MovieGod and say, for the good of the channel as a whole, leave the ops alone.

and i want to thank the ops too for making #vcdquality such a nice place
and i'd also like to thank the VCDQwebs of the world for making it more entertaining ;]

its a bitch trying to fight this idiots, 1 person gets pissed at one op and he starts attackin the channel, like the person represented vcdquality or something, 2day 2 diferent ppl treating me to attack the bots and do the same thing "s***a" did, cause they got banned for dissin the ops, hopefully they wont do shit or we would have to open the channel to regulars only

I am with u guys on that, they always go off topic or talking about WAR or some other stupid thing that they have no freaking clue, we should put a note or something the Do's and Don'ts that way no one can even move there ass

until there is a law passed that prohibits any under 16 from using a computer without adult supervision, DoS attacks, floods, spam attacks, general lame-ness etc will all continue.

(agreed its only a minority who do the above, but its only the minority who kill people when they drink and drive and thats against the law...)
