Looks like humble pie is gonna be the big dish this month...

i couldnt be arsed to flick through the forum for a terminator 3 thread cuz ive had a shit nights sleep and i'm too fucking lazy in this goddamn heat....

but anyways just thought ya should all know reviews are hitting the net about terminator 3 and...well...they all kinda say IT ROCKS!! To be honest i was never totally in the this will suck ass camp on this movie i was more in the might as well go see it because the first 2 rocked kinda camp. But all signs point to a good plot a good script and arnie in a suprise return to form hearing good things about the terminatrix role too soo maybe its just the terminatrix was a stupid name but the character works. All i know is i cant wait to see the future scenes where it shows em capture skynet and send the terminators back "ITS ABOUT FUCKING TIME WE GET TO SEE IT"

with my faith renewed i'ma use my work connection get some discounted tickets for the super expensive cinema with awesome sound and watch this baby with the mrs on opening night.(i'm not cheap just saving for our mortgage )

i have high hopes, but not expectations...

bollocks to reviews, i've hated stuff that's got good reviews, and loved stuff that didn't. i really don't listen to reviews.

The centropy's release is what I am going to watch because I bet you those reviews are just hype to get people to see the movie...

the trailers make it look awful, alongside a lot of things that point to it being a bad film. its always possible it'll be good, but things certainly don't look that way yet. also, its not out for months yet reviews are popping up? suspect to say the least (altho we've all known its been finished for ages, they just dont wanna release it till the summer as nobody would probably go otherwise )

I liked T2 and im hoping that T3 ties into the whole story line and doesnt try to take off on its own little tangent but there has to be some sort of end to this whole saga or it just makes the whole series of movies like one long run on sentance.

I too am hearing about good reviews. Roeper from Ebert & Roeper has seen it and has given an unofficial thumbs up. And that guy is pickier about movies more than Ebert is.

I think we can say the samething about The Hulk. It looks great and all the news that I'm hearing about it gives me a good feeling. I have a lots-o faith in Ang Lee. And I refuse to watch some half-assed version until I see the theatre release!
