what do they mean?

ALso i've just watched the The.Girl.Next.Door.WS.DVD.SCREENER.SVCD-NOX rls and that was fine - ok it had the black and white bits in but spot on in my book

This is nuked for the aspect ratio. why? whats wrong with it? from sample it looks perfect... This makes no sense.

well if in mot mistraken the aspect on the sample is 1.85:1 and it should be 2.35:1

You can tell its cropped alittle on the sides, movie you can see some bad interlacing, and its like stretched 10-20 pixels tall. Just compare it to any other 1.85:1 sample or jpg for that matter.
