There's another dvdscr of this out, but I haven't seen a sample of it.

The movie, well it looks pretty interesting, because you dont usually see the stories from the Iraqi people's point of view.

this movie is good.
quality = 8
movie = 8
sound =8.

but.

i can only tolerate so much. they get to a part about uday, and show his torture videos and that's only 20 minutes into it and i had to stop it, they show people getting grenaded/peoples tongues getting pulled out/hands cut off..and the part where i had to stop it was the beheading. i watched nick berg get beheaded and i can't watch anything more like that. the sad thing is i had to stop this movie, i'm sure they dont show tortue the whole movie but its pretty intense.

if you can tolerate that shit this movies for you.

if you can't fast forward that part!

ITs definitely an interesting piece of film. Made up mostly of interviews conducted by Iraqi people themselves.. It had its moments, but overall i wasn't too impressed. The torture footage is just to help illustrate what they are going through, seen from their own perspective. A fine rip of a rather obscure release for sure..

The film kept me glued to the screen from start to finish. Yeah, I cringed, but I learned a lot. I finally have some idea of what it must be to live under those circumstances.

Can anyone help a lurker (up until now) on this forum find out why this one was nuked?

no idea, i ended up grabbing and watching the DVP xvid version that was floating about

if you hover over the little nuclear symbol, you will find out why it's nuked this one is nuked for bad AR (Aspect Ratio) [look at the jpg and see how streched it is]
