personally i dont think a proper was needed as the ctp release was fine for me,

however this is slightly better.

But the movie imo was shite.

I think the proper was needed, nice quality, movie = garbage!

I agree also... Centropy release was fine with me
Good Job anyway

[useless]

As everybody knows Centropy's rip was fine (all you have to do is check the bitrate with something other then the BitrateViewer which has a history of never working)

DCi was upset that they ripped the movie but have to upload on 33.6 dialup so they tried to *PROPER* a release that was fine.

This happens all the time in the ts/cam scene , its just lame.

Good thing everybody saw right through DCi on this one.

CTP's bitrate of 2520 is fine, and valid , and will play in all standalones.

DCi's bitrate of 2490 is fine, and valid and will play in all standalones - but is a dupe.

Good job dci, stop crying and find somebody with a faster pc to encode or faster then dialup to upload, then these gay propers can be avoided. Let me ask u a question. Why is it gay groups like DCi/FTF do this all the time but groups that desreve respect like Centropy/TDi/TCF never try this crap?

CTP had glitches for me, DCI i could watch fine on my player.

Bitrate viewer is crap, why do you use it then? If you check CTP in bbmpeg, it goes well above svcd standards.. the actual CDs not the sample. Or powerdvd.

So I say, way to go DCI! This was a nice release for me and everyone else who had probs playing the Centropy.
And thanks for your stupid post. Its ppl like you who make boards lame with posts without background knowledge..

CTP messed up with About Schmidt also with a high bitrate but TCF was smart enough to release an internal the same day CTP released theirs so these groups should have followed TCF's footsteps and just internaled to avoid flames but still making the release available to the public. That's the best strategy imo, but then again I think CTP also uses a low amount of passes for their dvdrips since most of them look crappier than other groups' rip of the same film.

the CTP release glitched/froze on me too. every 2 minutes non-stop. and it was the first rls EVER that wouldnt play on my main stand-alone (7 disc JVC). didnt test it on my standalone Pioneer, however.

all that above i posted is about the CTP rls.

this rls is fine. meets standards. i'm happy. much more so than the CTP rls.
