who the hell attacked you guys? and why would they attack you...that is utter bullshit...

yip dont know much about this sort of thing,actually read up about it when i seen the message and came across very interesting reading.beware this is very good reading about a website that found out about hackers you've been warned

All it takes is some fucking script kiddie. I'd be more paranoid though. It's fairly obvious imo, after yesterday.

I still dont know who attacked us or why. I do have a few hundred megs of logs of the attack. and i've harvested approx 1400 ip's from the list. Just looks like someone with a decent floodnet.. Why did they attack? probably b/c we were getting soo many hits and were linked from a bunch of popular sites.. i'm just guessing they just wanted to spoil the fun for everyone else..

a decent floodnet ya, since most ISP's use "ip verify unicast reverse-path" I guess that whole raw socket thing isn't really relevant

so by who and how was it filtered, or did they just get tired of the boring computer and went to see if there were any girls on the beach?
