Overall a little better than your average cam, not a bad job at all.
Audio is nice and clear, no dullness or echo or static and minimal audience noise, apart from the cellphone ringing several times (which he never turned off and actually answered right there in his seat! what happened to common curtesy for other moviegoers?) there is nothing to complain about.
Video has a bit of an angle as most cams do, but its not too bad, not overcropped or overzoomed, ar is fine and the image is nice and clear. Only thing i noticed was about 8-10min into cd2 there were 2 or 3 short clips from other previous parts of the film cut into it.
Movie wasn't too bad, not a very strong storyline by any means and nothing too interesting really happened, was very slow to get started.
6/7/5

Watchable but that's all. As best as you can hope i guess for something out this early.
I live in SA where it was filmed and have been hanging for this movie for ages. It was finished last year and has been only showing at film festivals. It was scheduled to be released next year amazingly in Australia while the rest of the world got it in November but now we are gettng it in November as well.
My only complaint is the dark scenes. Much too dark, blurry and hard to make out what is going on. Hard to make out what is going on in the shed while the chick is watching through the window.
Excellent movie. Downbeat, relentless, disturbing. They don't make movies like this anymore. Wes Craven, Romero, Carpenter should hang their head in shame. It's ultra realistic like "Henry".
Don't believe the haters who say it's slow. It builds up for the first 45 mins then unleashes. Nothing wrong with that.
The film any horror buff would like to have made and considering it only cost 2 million i have no idea why hollywood is releasing crap like Venom, Ring 2 etc
Quality was pretty decent for a CAM, i just finished watching the whole rls.
I just don't know about the movie though. Its no different from any other movie
WARNING, SPOILER WARNING
I mean 3 people start off, they get drugged, wake up captured...and then 2 of them are murdered and one survives....thats it. Not to scarey at all.
