wtf is this.. i mean .. FiCO XViD was fine.. nice and clean sharp ... then FTS release another one.. wich should be nuke for DUPE... now this PROPER because FTS freezes... what was wrong wit FiCO release. NOTHING... idiots ... anyways.... checked out the sample.. same quality as the rest of them....

That is correct. IT's NOT a dupe because it is not the same. You won't find scrolling messages here just a straight dvdrip. Anyhow, the proper was needed since the other had choppy playback. From sample it looks great, like a dvdrip.

Yep, there's a scrolling intro text hardcoded into the video at around 00:05:30 in a foreign language. Here and here are screenshots from FiCODVDR's NTSC DVDSCR release, showing the same text in English...
