old rap during the 90s wasnt too bad, NWA did some good things and Mos Def wasnt bad.

I enjoy Public Enemy and Das EFX

Public enemy rap about the police and about a insane cult called nation of islam, but i still like the music.

And the old gangsta rap of the 90's was a billion times better than the GETTIN TIPSY WOOP CRUNK THEY SPININ GHOST RIDE DA WHIP garbage we have today

ALL modern "gangster" rap sucks

The only artist who is even good today that talks about the streets at all is Nas.

I've yet to hear it, but I really dig Jedi Mind Tricks.
