Sharpening.
Using Photoshop CS3, could somebody please explain to me how to sharpen an image? For example, I want to double the size of this picture and try to get rid of all those pixel blocks:

You cant double the size of a picture and expect it to look even passable afterwards but you're looking for the unsharpen mask filter.

I know that sounded stupid, but it's not that I expect it to be anywhere as clear as the original...but at least cleaned up a bit. I attempted making it clearer and, eh.
