User cleanup on the forum

In the next few days I'm going to be sending emails to all users that have an account that still hasnt been activated. I'll give everyone a week after I send out the email to activate their accounts and then I'm going to delete all accounts that never have been activated. Just a heads up..

and delete anyone who doesn't have "pho est wonderful!" in their sig. twice.
