-- My Big Fat Greek Wedding *PROPER* *SVCD* - DVD SCR - TCF (http://www.vcdhq.com/forum/showthread.php?threadid=11864)

Nfo seems wrong. The describtion seems to be the one for the good girl with jennifer anistan.

Posted by 404notfound on 12-05-2002 12:42 AM:

From TCF's nfo

quote:
A discount store clerk strikes up an affair with a stock boy who considers himself the incarnation of Holden Caulfield.

Hmm. I dont remember this being the plot of 'My big fat greek wedding'??

yeah only the plot is wrong, everything else is good in the nfo

Do you guys also notice btw that most good releases come from TCF? I always download releases from them blindly without having to check sample or this site..

Posted by Crackedtooth on 12-05-2002 12:46 AM:

ohter release seemed fine...
why proper ?

:: thats why you READ THE NFO.

Posted by crob on 12-05-2002 12:53 AM:

Should be nuked for a bad NFO - can anyone repack it?

ROFL, dumbest thing I've ever heard. Nukes are based on problems with the release itself not it's *.nfo. I could care less if the description was for pokemon as long as the svcd is compliant which conforms to scene standards, that's why rules are made and followed. And there IS a difference between 192kbit mpeg audio and 192kbit AC3 audio, it's not like comparing 2.9ghz and 3.0ghz cpu's like someone mentioned in the other thread. These aren't tomato/tomoto, they are apples and oranges.

I'm so happy sarcasm isn't lost on today's youth.... Well, apart from Vtec of course.

I enjoy KSiVCD's 5pass over TCF's 3pass. IMO

Posted by vorbis on 12-05-2002 01:41 AM:

seems a lame enough reason for a proper. they should really just let ksi repack it. if they're beaten they're beaten

Posted by m-drew on 12-05-2002 01:47 AM:

TCF comes through on the same day with a PROPER.

Mad PROPS to TCF.

Best SVCD Ripping group!
