i've seen their nfo, and man it does not make sense. whoever wrote it certainly didn't proofcheck it, or maybe doesn't actually make sense.

so for my answer : god knows. something to do with CD3.

The Reason Being... CD 3 Wuz packed With a .cue and a .mpg not a bin Thus the repack..

And other then the problum with CD 3's MPG and CUE.... CD 2's Playback Jerks Every 1-3 Seconds thru the entire cd... Kinda sux!!!
so im guessing thats the REAL reason for the Re pack
