I downloaded this and unrared the files and it make just 1 file which is a .img file and nothing seems to want to burn it to make a movie.

Use primodvd2 or recordnow max to burn the .img file to a dvdr.

yeah, it's got property tags... it's even got the dire warning on the beginning that says that the dvd is watermarked blah blah blah.
