over 300posts in total from the other rls and only 2 posts on this release

hmmm, lol

4 down. How many more to go?

Welp, this is better than the other 2 releases. But how many more will we weed through before getting a decent one?

7/6/9

WOnder if Peter Jackson will be doing a `The Hobbit` on the big screen.

it's because this thread got erased, hopefully due to the mod's realization that people are discussing less and less the actual release and more and more every other thing that could be discussed on a "Misc." forum.
So now that this is cleaned up, anyone have a good rating of this release? Does it have missing scenes like others reportedly have?

I know it sound campy, but I'd just going to hold off until DVD Screener time anyway. I am in no rush to see this movie -- no matter how many people seem to jump on a guy who says that -- and i'm pretty confident that with Award season around the bend that release is forthcoming. But no rush, take your time. We know the second the DVD.SCR of this movie gets released suddenly everyone will shut up and stop attacking people who perhaps are not fans of the series in every thread, and move onto the next movie they are anxiously awaiting.

Come on TCF! Bring on the DVD SCR!

Posted by astrozombies on 12-22-2002 11:38 PM:

I watched the ftf release and where faramir says to Frodo "come with me" the film jumps to a scene with gollum...indicating a missing scene, can anyone verify wether this release or in fact the ftc also has missing scenes?

Hey, how about someone just brings the reels and a projector round to your house?

And your next pointless statement is...

I shall ask again, seeing as though this thread has been trimmed. Does anyone know if there's any scene's missing in this one? I've seen the sample and quality looks O.K, but not enough to sway me to download it unless it's not cut.

faromir takes frodo to the forbidden pool where smeagol is trying to catch fish. gondor archers are about to shoot smeagol when frodo admits that this was his guide, and faromir allows frodo to go to him.

Faromir says to Frodo, "Come with me." Immediately after that, Faromir takes Frodo to the forbidden pool where Smeagol is trying to catch fish. Gondor archers are about to shoot Smeagol when Frodo admits that this was his guide, and Faromir allows Frodo to go to him.

Why does this release look suprisingly similar to TCF's internal CAM?

Although, TCF's looks a little better...
