parasiticgannon is surely going to be happy. I for one will wait for a better release judging from the look of the jpg's. Maybe some that have access to samples can shed a little more light on the quality of this release.

can't say the sample inspired me to look further. the source looks like an analog cam, and the audio isn't awful, but for a movie centered around a lot of music i dont think it will hold up personally.

If they could spend a little bit more time on ripping i am sure this movie would look the best! but again U guys did the best job bringing it out first Thanx again and again

OK, Please Stop asking for Movies, and Go and find it.

The video, as you can easily tell by the jpgs, isn't great. However, it is bearable. On the other hand, the sound is also decent, but VERY quiet. I had to put my speakers up full just to make the dialog audible. Nice release, especially since it doesn't go wide until the 24th, but hey its that time of the year, I think I'll hope for a screener. =P

Catherine Zeta-Jones kicks ass. :P

woohoo, heaven awaits

WooHoo, I am the happiest person alive right now. I can't believe it, I keep seeing the posters coming soon at the theatre, I am more than happy. intensmile you are absolutley right i am very happy right now, i just got home from work it was a very long snowy night, good thing i learned how to use IRC in the past few days, well i'm learning how to use it. i downloaded a few movies already, but i am very happy right now. Catherine zeta looks to damn good. she could do the worst movie ever and i would love it, and from what i understand she does a damn good job in this. I could go on and on for ever, but i won't. i'll let you all read the next thread. later and thank you ESOTERiC, (hope i give the right group props this time) you guys rock. thank you very very much. I am byast i can't review the quality of this movie even after i watch this copy. it would be wrong, i would give it a high rating, and thats not fair, oh wait yes it is. Damn i so wanted this movie. Sample looks a bit on the poo side, for a movie thats a musical, you HAVE to have good audio.

I think i'm still going to go to the theatre to watch this and i'll decide later to get it or not.

I haven't downloaded this yet, and I prob won't until a scr or dvdscr comes out.

But, I have seen this movie in the theater, at an advance screening back in December, and I can tell you that it is a really great film. It is definitely a musical, which you don't see coming out of Hollywood very often these days (exception = Moulin Rouge), but don't be put off by it -- it is funny, clever, and very entertaining. And yes, CZJ is hot, and all the women wear lingerie.

Anyway, not only do you need excellent audio quality to enjoy this movie, the spectacular visual displays that result from a stage play being transformed into a movie demand decent video as well in order to be appreciated. So...no disrespect to esoteric, to whom I give mad props for an early rls, but I would only watch this if you're curious about it -- go see it when it comes out, or wait for a scr if you want to truly experience this movie.
