thats what it looks like form the jpegs but i have a feeling that its ok once you open it in powerdvd or play it on a dvd player
vcdq people mightve been using wmp to do the captures, wmp tends to mess up the ar on mpeg2 stuff

Its not like the black and white parts on the unrated van wilder release is it?

basically, the screen is gonna go black and white on you a couple of times during the film. Just smack your CRT/LCD/TV really hard and everything will be AOK
