judging strictly by the jpgs the Pv release looks better (videowise) but id say its still ok to have this one floating around since there are some sticklers who would be bothered by having two subtitles instead of this ones one subtitle

UTi may be great with cams and dvd's but I aviod their divx's. They aren't that great with that format so I'll wait for an internal or proper SVCD.
