One time, my cousin Walter got this cat stuck in his ass. True story. He bought it at our local mall so the whole fiasco wound up on the news, it was embarrassing for my relatives and all, but the next week he did it again, different cat, same results, complete with another trip to the emergency room! So I run into him a week later in the mall and he’s buying another cat and I says to ‘em "Jesus Walt, what are you doing? You know your just gonna get this cat stuck up your ass too, why don’t you knock it off?" And he says to me "Brodie, how the hell else am I supposed to get the gerbil out?" My cousin was a weird guy....

Soul to Squeeze - Red Hot Chili Peppers - Coneheads
Dunno if that was specifically for the movie, but it only appears as a b-side on some singles.
Billy
Lose Yourself was a great song for "8 Mile." I might be alone (and you've probably never heard of this person anyways) but I also thought Bob Schneider-Big Blue Sea fit the intro to 40 days and 40 Nights pretty well. But I don't think that was written for the film. Also, Die Another Day was from 2002, but I didn't like that song too much. Best song though in a movie (in 2002, im staying there), regardless of anything, for me, was "He Had It Comin" from Chicago. I love the part when one of the women's is like "He kept on screamin' You been screwin' the Milkman! And then he ran into my knife. He ran into my knife 10 times!" Best song in 2003 written for a film is "Bring Me To Life." (by Evanescence) Most either love that song or hate it. That may have been recorded before the production of Daredevil and just picked up there, who knows.
I got another classic:
Bob Dylan: Things Have Changed from Wonder Boys
one of my all time favorite movies
