Best Joel Schumacher Film

Hey, since Phone Booth is coming out (lol, I'm following the Best Steven King film thread), I was wondering which Joel Schumacher film you liked best. This is his filmography according to imdb.com:

On the Road (2003)
Phantom of the Opera (2003)
Veronica Guerin (2003)
Phone Booth (2002)
Bad Company (2002)
Tigerland (2000)
Flawless (1999)
8MM (1999)
Batman & Robin (1997)
Time to Kill, A (1996)
Batman Forever (1995)
Client, The (1994)
Falling Down (1993)
"2000 Malibu Road" (1992) TV Series
Dying Young (1991)
Flatliners (1990)
Cousins (1989)
INXS: Kick: The Video Flick (1988) (V) (video "Devil Inside")
Lost Boys, The (1987)
St. Elmo's Fire (1985)
D.C. Cab (1983)
Incredible Shrinking Woman, The (1981)
Amateur Night at the Dixie Bar and Grill (1979) (TV)
Virginia Hill Story, The (1974) (TV)

My favorite would have to be "The Lost Boys"

If I had 2 choose, it would have to be A Time to Kill--One of Matthew McCaughnehey's better movies, and reason why Sandra Bulluck is one of Hollywoods Better actresses.

The Lost Boys....without a doubt. In fact, it's the ONLY GOOD Schumacher film.

For what he did to Batman....he should be beaten.

Lol, he did get beaten for what he did to Batman. Tim Burton is a genious, though I absolutely could NOT stand Sleepy Hollow. Schumacher was beaten by having a couple bombs in a row. Batman and Robin bombed (It made 100 million + but counted only on it's opening weekend which was close to 50 million, a huge decline, critics hated it-some of them liked Batman Forever-,and it had a huge production budget. Expectations were higher), also Bad Company bombed and so did 8mm. In terms of good films, well, Phone Booth should get him back! It's a fun movie.

Anyone who goes for anything Batman related gets a ban!

Not seen Phone Booth yet so i'll go with Lost Boys as well although i do have a soft spot for Flatliners!

Can't say Batman Forever (Jim Carrey Rules) so i'll go with Falling Down.

Without a doubt A Time To Kill, I loved that movie when we saw it in English class after reading To Kill A Mocking Bird. I bought it on DVD. Havn't seen Phone Booth yet though .

Re: Best Joel Schumacher Film

I haven't seen "A Time to Kill" (I'll have to go rent it now).

But I thought "Falling Down" was a good movie.

Me also hasn't seen A Time to Kill or Lost Boys, so by default i'll go with Falling Down, one cause I own it on DVD, 2 it was really fucked up...and i like fucked up

Unrelated: Ha, my brother is reading To Kill A Mockingbird now, but he's only 14, it'd be pretty strange if he got to watch A Time To Kill directly after, all the rich parents would bitch about seeing an R rated movie.
After watching Phone Booth, it's definitely his best since "The Lost Boys"

got to go with Flatliners for sure

Falling Down, by far.

Hell yeah, Falling Down of course. I'd also recommend Tigerland.

Bad Company was alright...had enough action to get my attention..but he needs to do more films like Phone Booth.
