I know I have not been on IRC for a long time, and I think I have come to earn the respect of most of the senior members of vcdq.

So tonight while in the IRC's vcdq room, was having some fun trying to start conversation, then boom, get muted by op Avenger without reason or warning.

Yes I was using !imdb.com, but was trying to start conversation, if Avenger wanted us to stop, he should have said stop, instead of placing a +m and literally muted everyone.

That I believe is uncool, I apologized, and he wouldn't even respond to me. Is that right??

other than that I do not have problems and enjoy my time on IRC

No really thats not right. I think he should of responded to you at least, seeing as he also probable reads the forums he should know who you are and see your not some punk trying to get attention ect.

This isn't Aveng3r's first offense, a little while before this incident he had set a +m for awile because some of us were fucking with a couple of chanel newbies directing them to #2,000 when they requested/tried to acess xdcc bots. Again there was no warning (which I would have listened to) and instead of eliminating the problem like a op is supposed to do he group punnished the channel silencing everyone without a +v and didn't even bother to kick the offenders.

Gotta love all these rules which seem to appear out of thin air whenever an @ feels like doing so.
