sound is low on 1 disc, not on other

i have a vcd i downloaded and on disc 1, the sound is fine, but on disc 2 and 3 it is low. i played disc 2 in my computer and it played fine with the sound good. but it wont work in my dvd player. any tips? i have a apex 1201

UPDATE: i played it on my brothers 1200 dvd player and it worked. hmm....

dumbass there is nothing wrong with my tv. it works on cd1, if you had read. but it wont work on cd2. but it works on my computer and on the apex 1200. now, read this slowly and then answer. thats how life works, you read, then answer.
