apex ad-1200 svcd prob

al right i encoded this DiVX file to svcd (in perfect sync) played fine on my computer, poped it into my apex ad-1200 and it would skip then within a second it would catch up with the frame. i kno its not the burn cuz i burned useing two diff proggs (nero and vcdeasy) and i used tmpenc. I also burned at x16, x4, x8 & x1 all the same prob. Today i went to my friends house to try this svcd out and it worked perfect no skipping at all.(its a samsung not sure wat model) So im a little ticked.

here is the options i chose wit tmpenc:

Super Video - CD

NTSC FILM

CBR 2520kbps 35/650mb

hope any1 can help me wit my prob or explain y?
