Security

Alot of sites like this one or related sites are getting dos attacks from the stupid anti-piracy groups shutting them down. Is vcdquality prepared or not?

Well at least the server vcd is on seems be solid. Alot of people are on the site at one time and even with dos attacks it stands up.

Speaking of security, is it true that some/many US ftps are closing down, temporarily, because of security concerns? Has anyone heard anything about this in the last few days?

nukepirates.com you mean? They only target 'illegal' webpages. They first tell the webhost and if they refuse they send further documentation and then if the webhost still refuses they will take legal action.

Note: It is only illegal to host the files, linking to them on another webhost is legal.
