-- The Santa Clause 2 *SUBBED* - TELECINE - TCF (http://forum.vcdq.com/showthread.php?threadid=18804)
not bad, but this would have been great before christmas. i watched the old TS then though, not as good as the first one.
As for the release, good video, good audio, and the subs arent annoying at all (not like those chinese one, covering 60% of the movie)
7/8/?
Nice one! was waiting on this one.. lucky im swedish so i can enjoy the subs.. quality on sample(if 10/10/x is dvd quality) 6/6/x... =)
Pretty good quality for a telecine, widescreen is a plus... sharp video, good colors, subtitles suck but they're not too intrusive. My niece will be happy! 8/9/?
big woohooo for swedish subtitles
7/8/?
kickass release. both quality and sound are very good. widescreen also is also a plus. subtitles are blah, but they are small and not annoying in the least bit. ill definatley pick this release up. 8.5/8/5

wow, where'd this come from?!?
looking good though 8/8/?
Very nice looking TC, subtitles are small, video and sound are both clear and great. 8/8/4
sweet, not sure if i want to get this or not, its not Xmas time, its like going on summer. but it is halarious, Santa's clone was funny as hell. well me getting this is besides the point, decent rls clean video, decent colors, small subs which aren't bad, sound is good but something with it seems off but not quite sure what it is. maybe its my system. probably not but then again you never know. 8/7/7.5

Release
The movie is lame enough said. Why bother!
Wow wasnt expecting this, but nice Quality, I'm not a sweed but I am up for anything non Asian that build up on top of eachother, but hey nice quality for a TC, wait a minute, that brings me to another point the nfo says 'source.......: vhs screener' ohh well, nice quality on the sample. Props tcf.
Well, strictly speaking, all movies you rent or buy on tape/disc is a telecine, but this is indeed a VHS Screener and shouldn't it be labeled as such? One of the few times where a release is graded DOWN instead of up (seen a few cams labelled as TS the last 6 months...?)
niiiice
hmms cool rlz a bit late cause it was in the theathers 7 months ago..but hey, better than nothing, overall good sound/picture and a huge plus for the swedish subtitles cause i'm swedish
hope they got a swedish supplier
8/7/?
quote:The nfo states that it has cig burns so maybe that's why they labeled it as telecine but it also states that it has blurred serials so that's also confusing but I guess the group used their best judgement

quote:Yea, the movie was in theatres 6 months ago but you also have to put into consideration that the dvd is also 6 months away.. I for one am glad someone released this since my niece loved part 1 so I hope she enjoys this one and from skimming through CD1 on my standalone quality is pretty damn good imo

quote:Wow, I do a full review of movies/quality and my post usually gets deleted but mods seem to love these types of comments on various threads.. This was the latest example I can find since my last deleted REVIEW. And they wonder why VCDQ's ratings and comments have become a joke, full reviews get deleted and smart remarks stay .
