Exclusive Fantasic Four News

Casting is under way with Fantastic Four Director Peyton Reed, and the hottest contested subject right now, and Pho close yours eyes for this one. But Fox who owns the rights for the Fantastic Four Movie, is in talks with XXX/Fast and The Furious Star Vin Diesel for the role of The Thing.

They are contemplating paying Diesel $12 million plus a percentage of potential box office gross, making him in position for having posibly the highest single movie paycheck in Cinematic history with the record going to Jack Nicholson who made $65 million for the 1989 Blockbuster Batman.

Filming is schedule to start this October with a Summer 2005 release date.

Here's a question, who would you guys like to see cast as The Thing?? or is Diesel decent for the role??

/me HATES Vin Diesel.
I hope he never acts in another movie again, but that won't obviously happen!

It would be an easy paycheck for Vin since I imagine the Thing will be done mostly with cgi, something like what was done with the Hulk

It would be funny if for the thing's coustume they did the same thing they did in the first FF movie. Get a hold of an old TMNT costume and paint it orange
Atleast thats what it appears was done.

If I was casting director I would cast Big Poppa Pump in the role of the Thing

Rumors are flying that Marvel Studios exec, Avi Arad is eyeing actor, George Clooney, to star as Reed Richards in his upcoming FANTASTIC FOUR film - to be released on November 4, 2004.

What ever Happen to the FAntastic Four movie in the late 80's or early 90's?
