I have a few stand-alones and use powerdvd coupled with Virtual Daemon v3.11 to check the bin/cue's before I burn them. (cheap bastard am I who won't risk coastering a cd blank, huh?)

Both WinDVD and PowerDVD. I think WinDVD has slightly better picture quality though. Still haven't tried the one that came with my ATI, but it plays .BIN files straight up so I might have to check it out.
