ROFL what a re-encode.. omfg i didnt know that cheeta would stoop this low...
8/8/X
:: what makes you so sure it's a rencode? -M$
The day I see an SVCD, that has been reencoded, and looks better than its original VCD source is the day when the heavens open up, and spew down burning antelopes...
Honestly, if you actually check the fucking sample, and compare it to the VideoCD sample, NOT THE GODDAMN JPEGS, you will obviously see that it first up, is from the same source (they're friends according to the nfo).
And second this looks better due to the SVCD encoding....
jesus christ, you fucking idiots... THINK.
Both were probably PDVD and one group chose to rip it as vcd and the other decided to go with svcd, but quality is what matters so this stinks 5/3/?
:: thats why it says homegrown cam in their nfo... - cC.
For a cam, this is great quality. The picture is nice, but it has some noise in it that's irritating when you watch in on you're pc. There is a slight buzz in the sound and it's a bit hollow, but overall it's pretty good. I assume this is a genuine cam, cause cheetah says they filmed it in an empty cinema. I dont know why this release looks like videocd's one, but i assume that they have some kind of deal.
Overall, this is a good release, and the svcd format makes it look better.
Video: 7 - if the noise was gone, it would be 8.5
Audio: 7 - its not direct audio, and there is a slight buzz
Movie: 7 - amused me more then matrix reloaded did
I'm assuming the posters above are judging by the jpeg, cause the quality of the release is in no way as low as some people say it is.
Right, very interesting now, those said this was a reencode, take a look at this.
