What is the best software to use to create DVD menu screens?.Do you just go and find a JPEG from somewhere and paste that in?.Also does the same software add chapters?.

yes ulead movie factory is def user friendly also give dazzle dvd a try its also nice an packed with features
Ulead Movie factory is definately user friendly and let's you do the menus like other said. You can jump right in and start making pretty slick looking DVDs. I usually have photoshop running when I am making menu so I can tweak the JPEG after I see what it looks like in Ulead. I like having the text PLAY MOVIE near the play button on the main menu.
