Whats The Best Character in Film History?
Well as usual we all have different opinions on what things are the best so I wanted to see what character from a movie in your mind is the best ever?
I thought long and hard about this one and I could come up with so many but I narrowed it down to one:
Dr. Henry "Indiana" Jones Jr

Easy. Marty McFly from BTTF.
Closely followed by Doctor Emmett L. Brown from BTTF.

Indiana Jones or Hannibal Lectar.
I kinda like Kane from Citizen Kane. That's just because Orsen Wells acted him so joygasmically incredible.

This discussion could go on forever, but I'd have to agree with the AFI, and pick Hannibal Lecter as the best villain ever portrayed in film history. Atticus Finch was another pick that I somewhat agree with, that is, for best hero. Indiana Jones is probably my favorite though. It's a shame Ford's new movies suck compared to his old ones.
'nuff said
Robocop
Robocop?
Mine is Freddie Krüger ...
Neo.

One time, my cousin Walter got this cat stuck in his ass. True story. He bought it at our local mall so the whole fiasco wound up on the news, it was embarrassing for my relatives and all, but the next week he did it again, different cat, same results, complete with another trip to the emergency room! So I run into him a week later in the mall and he’s buying another cat and I says to ‘em "Jesus Walt, what are you doing? You know your just gonna get this cat stuck up your ass too, why don’t you knock it off?" And he says to me "Brodie, how the hell else am I supposed to get the gerbil out?" My cousin was a weird guy....

The one and only James Earl Jones as Darth Vadar!!!
I still think in Jedi when Anikans face was revealed it should have been James Earl Jones, There could have been interacial relation ships in a galaxy far far away.

Everyone remebers James Earl Jones - but nobody ever remembers David Prowes, a 6'7" cornish (UK) guy who played the body part/double of good old Darth. And for those who are intrested he also did the green cross code adverts in the UK!
As for the best character in film
As Bobby-Whiskey said: Kevin Spacey in Usual Suspects - 'Keyser Soze'
