LOL, i got me a new sig.
9/10/9 nice rel. I am grabbing this one right now, I am getting this divx rel instead of my regular svcd, because ever since i got my xbox, i have started to love divx.

Here are some screen caps from the sample:

Great release. I didn't believe it was really DVD rip until I saw it.

8/8/10

Very enjoyable release indeed.. Couldn't wish for a better one, actually Picture's almost perfectly crisp and clear - though I'd imagine the sound could be a bit better (a little higher bitrate..) cause at the moment there's plenty of room for extra sound quality on both CD-s (693 and 696MB current size..). But well.. enough whining - great and cool release - Problably the last one I was after for, when it comes to this movie Couldn't ask for more

One thing that annoyed before I got the release was that I couldn't find a sample.. So I doubt if they even made one? Anyways, went for the unknown and fortunately wasn't dissapointed

They did make a sample, and it was quite nice.
The part where they are in the cadillac(however u spell that) attempting to get away from "the guys".

i thought that Matrix Reloaded will be released on 2 CDs, XviD with AC3, instead of DivX with VBR MP3. yeah... whatever, it's good. 10/9/7

seriously, i cant really notice a difference in divx and xvid when i play my movies on my tv off my xbox (props to xbmp).
Speaking of which; this release is sick, very good job done, nice clear pic.. i can only imagine how long it took them to encode it

WOW!

Its here!! after waiting months i got it today good video....... just made it to svcd and great quality on my 36" TV sound good too! great job keep up the good work guys
9/9/8

mmmmmmm matrix reloaded
i think ill uncompress this divx then convert it to mpeg2 and burn it to dvd, its a movie definatly worth the effort.

Maybe on xbox isn't a difference. Even if you play on a TV (with the TV-Out) there's no difference. But try to rip a movie, first DivX and then XviD, at the same size with the same audio bitrate and you'll see a difference.

THIS IS NICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i like the audio, in this one better than the AC3 in the XViD for 1 reason, cuz it was SOOOO low on my BRAND new SoundBlaster Audigy, wit true dolby 5.1. Played the divx, was nice and loud!, and very clear, the pic is baiscally the same on both.

anyway, flame me about SAYING vbr mp3 is better than AC3, but i dont care.

You must have mixed them up, cause i had this one and sound was very low.
With the xvid with ac3 sound was nice and loud.

Shure, but ...
Shure vid & sound are really good, but: the riper wasted 202 !!! mb on the credits! - just the credits, excluding the preview. If he had coded them with less bandwith he could have used the AC3 track without reducing the vid-quality.
.. so good quality, never the less bad rip ... (how doe's one vote for sth like that ?)

Sudder

PS: I don't care that much for AC3, but I prefer having AC3, instead of wasting those 200 mb on the credits ...

PPS: if you wonder why cd1 is 1:17:21 and cd2 is 55:27 - take a guess where the videobw skyrockeded ..

Posted by inferno12 on 08-13-2003 12:19 AM:

i bought it already burned from a guy with $2. hehehe. that's Romania

How can mp3 be better than AC3? isn't AC3 the exact same thing as the DVD? Aren't DVDs MPEG2/AC3? And there are 3 releases, the other, not mentioned is The.Matrix.Reloaded.2003.INTERNAL.AC3.XviDVD-TmN

Posted by bond on 08-15-2003 10:51 AM:

ac3 is only usefull for people who have a multichannel system, for anybody else its a waste of space (-> mp3/ogg/mp4 is better)
