Woah. Sweet TS. Good picture, great audio. Tiny bit dark round the edges, but still. Great work.

8/9/9.5

edit: This movie blew my fucking tits clean off!!! 9.5/10 SEE IT!

*From Sample*

Not sure why they chose a scene at dawn to sample.Could be to hide the flashing i can see traces of.Also see a few blurs flash up accross the screen.Sound was very nice and i hope TCR are about for a while.
7/8/?

Looks kinda darkish but audio didnt sound bad

Posted by bryehn on 08-20-2003 05:31 PM:

this ish is too good for a new group. wonder who TCR really is?!??!?

anyways...was waiting for this one...hate costner, but westerns don't take $100 mill to make...so it might not suck too bad.

sample is fantastic, couldn't ask for anything more, besides a little brightness. this will most likely be the only one i get, unless there's a glaring flaw i don't know about yet...will edit in 24-48 hours when i've got and watched this 3 disc beast in full...

sample: 7/8/9.87

:::EDIT

took me a while to watch that one, noone would watch the costner western with me :P but, gawddamn!!! that was one hell of a movie...might actually buy this one, and i buy maybe 5-10 a year...

7thEye: I think you missunderstood, bryehn wasn't saying it had a $100m budget (although he didn't word it very well) he was implying that the smaller budget makes directors put more effort in, I think... You should calm down with the flames before you're as popular as a wet fart in a diving suit, or banned

As for the movie - as usual I'm judging on the first 5mins of the first CD, not the sample... It's slightly cropped and angled, but the colour and clarity is excellent. I didn't notice any flickering and the audio is spot-on.

This and FvJ have been an awesome debut for TCR, lets hope it continues... 7/8/? (I may edit my score after watching the movie, as I'm watching it tonight)

Next time please keep your uninformed commments private, or jump off a cliff and just end it all. No one really cares as long as we don't have to see stupid crap posted like Open Range having a 100mill budget.

I trust this will not happen again.

chill out man he was referring to costner's last few (crap) movies i believe (waterworld, the postman) which had over 100 million dollar budgets (waterworld anyway) - and using my brain i figured out that dude was being sarcastic ? saying that since it isn't high budget so it may be all right ? is this starting to make sense to u?

Posted by xlsvcd on 08-20-2003 11:10 PM:

very nice and props for the fast release... where did you guys come from?

7/8/?

Good job and keep up the wicked work.

PS. Who gives a shit about centropy, they take forever to release shit and when it is released, we all dont want to see an angle.

FYI: the last Centropy Telesync was released 07/28/2003 and it was Tomb.Raider.The.Cradle.Of.Life.SVCD.TS-Centropy so who gives a shit about Centropy...

Posted by mafioso on 08-20-2003 11:12 PM:

Thumbs up Watched the Whole Movie

Very nice rls. I agree with Neversoft, there is a slight angle but after 20 min. you don't really notice it. Movie wasn't that great.

8/8/6

btw - DX-WWE, that is the best icon ever Boobies are good.

If the movie has the great Robert Duvall in it, then I'm seeing it. Besides, I've been waiting for a good western movie for a long time. And if you saw the classic Lonesome Dove, you would be excited for this movie too.

7/8/?

TCR are the best group to appear in a long while - nice works peeps ...
btw - centropy have lost their supplier - no more TS for them, just dvdr stuff.
