u really want to know??
The MPAA association have announce in partnership with RIAA that they are going to replace the DVD with the Vinyl LP--can anyone same lame??? They are trying to combat the big piracy problem, and its just like plaing weird, cause they all said VHS is going to die, and its not.
Just sounds like another way to make money.

unfortunately for them, what the MPAA and the RIAA want makes absolutely no difference to the consumer. it wont happen. they want to scrap dvd? then they make no $ , because unless real companies want to produce their product (which they wont) it wont take off.
listen to what philips, sony, jvc, pioneer say about formats, not the mpaa. and the riaa can't even protect their own website, so why go to them for advice? lolol.
