-- nice new .nfo look (http://www.vcdhq.com/forum/showthread.php?threadid=2901)

nice new .nfo look

just wanted to throw out props to whoever made this new cool .nfo look possible.

for local files i have an .nfo editor, but on the site all the nice grafx looked messed up with that font.

but now we can look at the fine .nfo files in a very cool layout, thanks, guys!

btw: that javascript at isonews.com for viewing nfo's is lame. (slow, display errors when scrolling, small font)

ok, ok - this thread may have no real sense at all, but i am just excited and wanted to say thanks again!

Its weird, on my box, the new style looks HORRIBLE, its barely readable, but yet on this box, it looks really good.

i dunno. have to flick around with a few options i guess

when i wrote my first comment, the html tag before the nfo characters was something like
<p class='nfo'>

now, that - at least for me - it looks all shitty again, the html tag is:

<font face='INFOview'>

so... i guess i don't have this font face installed. but the solution using CSS classes worked for me

hey, i am just looking at your CSS file
http://www.vcdquality.com/images/color.css

code:
.nfo { font-family : INFOview, Terminal; font-size : 9pt; }

so, if you don't want to continue using this CSS class (as before), could you then please change the font tag this way:
<font type='INFOview, Terminal'>

thanks... i guess it would work for me then again
