i'm one of the few that is not that damn annoyed about scr messages in dvd scr's and even archives them

nice rip if you consider the date, it's like 3 months pre !

the sample which i just downloaded looks great... ppl that mess up dvdrips are idiots anyway. (i know, every1 makes mistakes, ok...) - but this rip looks just fine.

yea.. well they rls'd it just cuz. i mean its the DVDRIP scene.. so SOMEONE was gonna do it :P.. why not TCF :P.. its a nice encode for sure... they did a great job on the dvd scr too tho

and yea.. i dont mind screener msgs either.. so i wont be gettin this.. maybe directors cut.. or the 2nd dvd w/ extras.. but still nice rls

There is no audio for the last 30 sec/1 min of CD 1. Which makes this a worse release then their dvd screener. I dont mind the odd mistake and am thankful for getting this stuff ahead of time and for free but how can someone settle for anything less then perfection is beyond me...perfect what you have to work with...

Its a shame that most of these groups have excellent sources and make so many releases but always seem to settle for less then perfection...far less sometimes.

"Our group beat everyone else on the last 45 releases...well yes 37 of them had problems but we still beat the other groups who made their releases properly"

or

"Our group lost almost every single race to release our stuff last year...we didnt have a single one with problems"

Or, "We had the best rip, but since it took us longer & was released later, it was nuked everywhere as a dupe and nobody got to see it but us."

It's not the groups who are to blame, it's the way the scene works. If some other group released this movie 2 hours after TCF, and didn't have the 30 sec audio problem, it would be nuked. So, if they make a mistake, and something like that happens, what should they do, throw all their work away by trying to start over, only to be beaten by some other group? I don't think so. Think before you open your yap and start bagging on some group because of a 30 sec sound glitch. If you want to get movies from somewhere where nothing is nuked, go to the newsgroups or somewhere, they post 10 dupes and you can pick the best one if you want.

the quality is exceptional.. but then again... as its the first time seeing the movie for me... the 30 second glitch was a big disappointment i was lookin' forward to archive it

i say a repack should come out... hopefully TCF will rls one... internal or optional

no this does not have the two towers trailer. all it has is the movie and some credits.

Anyone get abnormal brigthness when they're talking to elderon about the ring, and gimli trys to hit it with his ax? Or is it just my shitty old big screen projection screen? let me know.... One time, my cousin Walter got this cat stuck in his ass. True story. He bought it at our local mall so the whole fiasco wound up on the news, it was embarrassing for my relatives and all, but the next week he did it again, different cat, same results, complete with another trip to the emergency room! yup, too bad I didn't read these posts before burning this - the 30 second audio glitch is annoying in cd1. They should have repacked it.....

I can't believe they settled for the error....
