Searched for it and Could not find Toxic Avenger Part 2 released What so EVER so i don't know where your getting your info from but Sorry To Say Your Wrong!!!!

Only Part 1 of Toxic Avenger was Released and 08/24/2001 by VCDWS

and DivX Version of Toxic Avenger 2 was released at 10/12/2001 By SMB
